How to use specific tracking URL on Order Tracking Page?

I don’t want to use third-party tracking, I use only USPS to send product to customers and want to use tracking link of USPS. Customers will click on any tracking number to track their order from USPS website.

Exp: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input?qtc_tLabels1=%5BTRACKING NUMBER]
