I am interested in the premium version but basic feature does not work

I need this plugin for my website ecommerce. it’s beautifully designed.

however 2 features seems to not work :

1) image variation does not show up on my website. Despite having setup an image in the settings of the plugin. we only see the labels.
2) out of stock items are not greyed out

Can you tell me what is wrong with the plugin ? If it works properly with the free version i am interested in the premium but can’t take chances if even the basic feature does not work.
