I am not receiving orders anymore since I move

Hello team,

I noticed that I stopped receiving orders after i used your plugin to import from Shopify to woocommerce.

I unistall your plugin after the import was completed. Another reason I fear there might be an issue is that I places an order on April 10 and the order number was #6382 and I placed another today and the order number was #6410. why the difference in the order number? it seems something is missing somewhere. Please this is urgent as this is a big client. The site is live so please be careful.
