I can not design the coupon!

Hello!

I have bought the woocommerce coupon box. I have configured the plugin but I found an issue when I want to configurate the coupon (design). I get this :

IMAGINE IS ATTACHED

The message is in spanish but in english says this:

Your theme has 11 widgets areas, but this particular page does not show them.

You can navigate to other pages on your site while using the Customizer to view and modify the widgets displayed on those pages.

Please, can you help me to fix this issue??
