I CANNOT ADD MULTI CURRENCY SHORTCODE ANYWHERE

Hello,
i contacted you before about my issue and sent login details but was not replied. I tried to add the shortcode to the header of my webpage but it showed up as blank.
Then the floating icon that has the currencies that i’ve activated, only shows one currency on the mobile view. I would like both currencies to show.
