I lose all my templates/ content every 5-24 hours – {{ignore_9mail}}

Hi, I really do not know what i can do. My emails dissapear every few hours, actual the content is no longer there. The subject and emails remain, but they are empty!
I can restore the mails and the content via import, but that’s really annoying and I can’t find the error. Do you perhaps have an idea what i could do?
