i purchase this plug in for 1 year membership

i purchase this plug in. I want someone to go through settings with me . There is no default setting option .

i am having problems importing the products and sometimes the product images go in failed images then i have to do it again. i think there is some setting issues . i have also downloaded web browser extension and followed the process. please assist me . thankyou
