i uplaoded to my site, my liscens not working

I purchased the WooCommerce Abandoned Cart Recovery plugin on 4th July 2024 with a Regular License. For some time, I had deactivated the plugin from my site. Now that I’ve reinstalled it, I’m trying to activate it again using my original license key, but I’m being prompted to renew support to proceed.

I completely understand that my 6-month support period has expired, and I’m not requesting technical assistance. However, since I already purchased a valid license, I believe I should still be able to use the plugin without needing to renew support.

Could you please clarify whether renewing support is required just for updates and assistance, or also to reactivate and use the plugin I’ve already paid for?
