I would like to have refund

the product itself was not described good as per my opinion. It say that with pro version it is possible to show two currency prices for example euro and bgn, on the site and cart, but actually it is not exactly that way. It doesn`t work for me, I could use only the futures of free version.

I am not about these amount of money but it if fair enough to ask for refund when something is not working properly or if there is some misunderstanding.
