I’d like to cancel and get a refund

Hi,

Since activating this plugin last night we have had multiple issues including our entire website crashing, multiple bad gateway errors, reporting messing up due to incorrect currencies and a whole host of other problems. I like the free version of this plugin but unfortunately the premium version just doesn’t seem to be compatible with my website. Please can you inform how I can cancel and receive a refund?
