If Discount Bar Progess is shown, visitors can’t click anymore.

Hey,
First of all: Thank you for your amazing plugin!

But i discovered a problem: If i enable the Discount Bar, visitors cant click anymore once they add an product to cart and the progress bar is shown. Seems like the bar sets an invisible layer over the whole page. You just can click on the bar and close it manually, but the problem still remains and visitors still cant click.

Can you help me?
