Import CSV File failed

Hello,

After migrating from shopify to Woo, I exported my loox reviews in a CSV file.
However, I got a lot of errors when importing the file using WooCommerce Photos Reviews plugin.
A tried a lot of solution: manually editing the file, removing the “, etc.

Results:
1. Sometimes some reviews are imported, rest no.
2. Sometimes no reviews imported.

It seems like the file should be manually edited to adapt it to the plugin structure.
However, once modified, I could not save it to the correct format (csv with comma).
The plugin does not recognize anymore the file.

Is there a best practice I should follow to save the file in the correct format ?
Or any other solution ?
