Import Product Meta fields – meta key issue

I hope this email finds you well. We are reaching out to you regarding the import of certain meta fields into our Shopify stores. We have created the metafield where we want to receive information from WooCommerce and have entered the key from WooCommerce in this format ‘_product_something’. Of course, the format depends on the field; this is just an example. We have also created the metafield key ‘custom.field’ with the correct type. The system indicates that the import was successful, but the metafield isn’t imported, and the field remains empty.

Do you have any idea why it has not been imported, and could you confirm if the format is correct? We look forward to your prompt reply and assistance!
