Import Shopify to Woo auto sync not working

This is regarding the plugin S2W: Import Shopify to Woo, installed on our WP portal. Previously, the situation was as follows: Whenever an order is placed on our Shopify store, a profile is automatically created for that customer on our portal, and the order would auto-sync immediately to the portal as well.

Once that order is fulfilled on Shopify and the tag is changed, the status for the order on the portal is also auto-changed right away. For a while, this hasn’t been automated. We need to manually import customers and orders, and then we need to manually go to each order and change the status for each order individually.

This de-automation is causing us a lot of issues with logistics, setting us back and causing a lot of miscommunication.

We have changed the API keys, we have updated them and we have given all the permissions required for the plugin to work automatically (as in the past) but the plugin does not update, it only works manually, which consumes a lot of time and the plugin takes more than 30 minutes when doing it manually, please help.

Furthermore, all of the older orders which were already fulfilled, have reverted back to their status, so now everything shows as delayed, even orders going back to 2019.
