Important Notice: Order fulfillment and Order note button missing during order fulfillment by chrome extension

    Dear Valued Customer,

    We want to inform you about two issues that have come to our attention regarding the ALD plugin:

     

    Redirection Issue

    • Behavior: When fulfilling orders manually via the extension, you may experience an unexpected redirection to the Taobao page. We understand how confusing this is, and our development team is currently working on a fix. Due to the upcoming New Year holiday, the solution may not be available until after the break.

    • Temporary Workaround: In the meantime, we recommend manually placing the order and filling in the delivery details yourself instead of using the Chrome extension. Alternatively, you can use the API to fulfill orders through the Bulk Place Orders button or the Auto Fulfill feature.

     

    Missing Order Note Button

    • Behavior: Some users have reported that the order note button is missing on AliExpress. This issue is related to the AliExpress platform and occurs when the “Choice Delivery” option is applied to products in your cart. Once at least one product in your cart is not set to “Choice Delivery,” the order note button will appear again. order note
    • Solution: Unfortunately, we do not have a solution for this at the moment other than using API to fulfill orders (Bulk Place Order button or Auto Fulfill feature as suggested above) as it is a problem with AliExpress, and we are awaiting updates from their team. We recommend submitting this issue to AliExpress via their suggestion platform, as they may be able to address or change it in future updates.

     

    Cannot add products to cart

    • Behavior: After clicking “To order” and being redirected to AlIExpress page, you received this message and the fulfillment process isn’t continued:
      cannot add product to cart
    • Solution: Same as 2 problems above, it can be solved with API fulfillment. Our team is working on one with manual process. Please wait for our updates.
