Imported list is empty and auto sync doesn’t work

After installing the premium version of the plugin, the “imported list” was empty. Even tho 2 versions of the plugin are running, but the list remained empty even after disabling one or the other.
Auto product sync doesn’t work, which was the whole purpose of buying the premium plugin. Can you fix this?
