Importing multiple payment gateway options in an order

Hello. Recently we experienced a problem with payment gateway options in an order. A client tried to pay for a Shopify order via credit card but for whatever reason it failed. The order was created with Stripe Card Payments, but due to the error, Shopify changed the order payment gateway to “Cash on delivery”, which is the expected behavior. On the Shopify API it shows 2 different entries under “paymentGatewayNames”. Everything is fine on Shopify end.
The problem is that the Import Shopify to Woocommerce plugin brought the order to Woocommerce but it has the first option “Stripe Card Payments”, which is wrong, as it changed on Shopify. Is it possible to change the plugin to import the last payment gateway instead of the first? I tried syncing the order again but the payment gateway doesn’t change.
