in “Order Completed” email tracking information is not filled with information

Hi,

In precessing order screen I enter shipping information, I choose my carrier, enter tracking code, etc and I’m pushing update.

In that time I get an email with traking information.

My lines are empty – why? It doesnt match the information with I filled in precessing order screen.
