hafunerixParticipant1. Why does every order on my site change status to “paused” when it is placed? Even when the customer pays for the order correctly, the order is “ON HOLD” for 10 seconds and only after a while, when the payment is confirmed, the status changes from “ON HOLD” to “IN PROGRESS”.
A transaction waiting for payment should have the status “waiting for payment” and not “on hold”.
2. When updating order status and inserting a tracking number, if I don’t check this option.
“Send email to customer if tracking info changes”
Then an email to the customer will be sent with an empty table. Without any tracking information like this:
But when I send the same message as a test then the table contains the shipping number:
I know that before adding the shipping number I can select this option:
But then the system will send 2 emails: The right one with the CORRECT TABLE containing the shipping number:
And this TRACKING UPDATE crap, which I can’t even completely edit.
I DON’T WANT THIS TRACKING UPDATE EMAIL.
I JUST NEED ONE SHIMPENT CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH A TABLE CONTAINING TRACKING NUMBER. THAT’S ALL.
