Incomplete list of email templates and help with hooks

Hi,
I’m trying to include the tracking numbers with Advanced tracking plugin from zorem. I read and watch all tutorials, but I still don’t know how to do it.
Also, most of the email templates are missing from your app. For example, Shipped Order, Changed Tracking, Partially Shipped order, Updated Tracking order. These templates exist under WooCommerce/Settings/ Emails, but they don’t exist in your list of templates under “email type”
Please advise.
