incorrect pricing

Hello, we have a problem witrhth some prices, they are showing up on front end differently and also it is not according to the currency rate as the currcecy rate is 4,33.. and the price is multipled by 4, why is this problem present? how to correct that?

second issue is how vat is calculated, we want to have pl 23% and LT 21% vat, and in this case when prices are converted from LT EUR to PL PLN, they look strange, added with some cents and not keeping the rules rthat are set in the plugin, why it does not respect the final price that is manually aded in the product section?
