Install Failed after purchase

I purchased the all in one cart. I tried to install via the zip file and got the message that the install failed. I attached a copy of the failure screen. Sure would have been easier to just insert a activation key rather than try to reinstall the plug-in over the trial version. I’m now annoyed that I have to go through all this BS to get the plug-in to work. I was considering purchasing several other of your pidgins but now I’m not so sure I want to do that. Thanks in advance if you can help me get this plug-in working.
