Integrating different payment options and merchants with premium version

Hope you’re doing well.

I recently tested your WooCommerce multi currency plugin and just upgraded to the premium version. However now not all of my payment options are showing up.
I run my site in both Canadian and US dollars. I have different payment options for both currencies.

For USD we accept payment by PayPal (and will be adding a new credit card processor once we receive our merchant number).

For Canadian dollars we accept payment by PayPal, Credit Card (Bambora Credit Cards plugin is currently installed and active), and e-mail transfers.

Since I upgraded to premium the only payment options I see are for Paypal. Can you please instruct me on how to setup the plugin so that I have all the different payment options for each respective currency?
