Is it possible hide ratings count bar on submission form

I did a little work-around to create a simple submission form on our website so that customers could rate a product without rating it on the product page. I simply created a product called “submit a review” and added the shortcode [woocommerce_photo_reviews_form]. It works fine but the ratings bar shows on the page and I’d like to remove it.

Is that possible?
