Issue with currencies on the check out page

Hi there, I attached 2 images. How can I set to be what you can see on the first image? That should be the absolute default. So they can see the price in $ and in Punds too, but firstly the $. It is good how it looks like on the first image. Although you can check the second image, where the red conversed calculation is not there. The main issue is that both image was created with the same settings. One from incognito window and one with tha site admin when he is logged in. THere shoudldn’t be any cache related issue. How can I set the first image to be what everyone can see? Thanks for the replay.
