Issue with Flags Displaying in “Normal” Style

I’m not sure why, but I was unable to reply to the previous topic, so I had to create a new one.

Flags Displaying Issue:
The flags are appearing in the reviews section when the front-end style is set to “Normal.” However, when I switch it to “List,” the flags do not show up. I have already disabled the “Show review country” option globally, but the flags are still visible in the “Normal” style. I would like the flags to not appear at all when using the “Normal” style , as this is causing unnecessary confusion for users.
