Issue with Flags Displaying in “Normal” Style and Duplicate Reviews Showing

I’m reaching out to report two issues I’ve encountered on my site that need technical assistance:

Flags Displaying Issue:
The flags are appearing in the reviews section when the front-end style is set to “Normal.” However, when I switch it to “List,” the flags do not show up. I have already disabled the “Show review country” option globally, but the flags are still visible in the “Normal” style. I would like the flags to not appear at all when using the “Normal” style.

Duplicate Reviews Issue:
Some reviews are being displayed multiple times. Specifically, the same review appears twice in the list. I tried deactivating all plugins (including WPML Multilingual CMS) to check for conflicts, but the duplication issue persists.
