issue with premium plugins on Themify theme

Hi There,

I’ve installed 4 of your free plugins to test them out and proved really good, however, when I went ahead, bought 3 of those (coupon box, lucky wheel and thank you page customizer) and implemented the premium versions, the site sort of fallen apart, the header never loaded up and the plugin couldn’t fulfill its role.
I just need to mention, the free version of the coupon box is working fine on the live site and collecting the subscriptions. Also when I change the theme to twenty nineteen, everything seems to be working fine
Just wondering if it is something simple thing or that sort of conflict you can’t solve easily. Please advise
