Fragrance KwParticipantDear curcy Support Team,
I am writing to seek assistance with an issue I’ve encountered on my WooCommerce website after integrating the CURCY Multicurrency plugin. I’ve noticed that the prices in the cart are incorrectly inflated when items are added, specifically when the multi-currency feature is involved.
Here’s a brief description of the problem:
Website Environment:
Server Software: nginx/1.25.3
WordPress Version: 6.4.2
WooCommerce Version: 8.5.1
Multi-Currency Plugin Version: 2.3.1
PHP Version: 8.0.2
Active Theme: shoptimizer
Issue Description:
After adding an item priced at 214.50 Saudi Riyal (SAR) to the cart, I have custom code in place to increase the price by 10% if only one item is in the cart. This should result in a price of 235.95 SAR. However, in the cart, the displayed price is incorrectly inflated to 3,066.70 SAR.Steps to Reproduce:
Add an item to the cart.
The price is expected to increase by 10% due to the custom code.
Upon viewing the cart, the price is significantly higher than expected.
Troubleshooting Done:Checked and confirmed that currency conversion rates are accurate.
Ensured that the custom code for price increase is functioning correctly outside the multi-currency context.
Verified that there are no conflicts with other plugins or the theme.
I suspect there might be an interaction issue between the custom price increase logic and the multi-currency conversion process. It would be greatly appreciated if you could provide guidance or insights into resolving this discrepancy. -
