ricardo1973ParticipantHello, I am experiencing an issue with the AliExpress Dropshipping and Fulfillment for WooCommerce plugin. I have set up custom pricing rules to synchronize product prices as described below:
Price Range $0 – $10: Increase by percentage (%), with sale price set to 60%.
Price Range $10 – $50: Increase by percentage (%), with sale price set to 40%.
Price Range $50 – $100: Increase by percentage (%), with sale price set to 30%.
Default: Multiply by x1 x 2.75.
These configurations work correctly during manual synchronization, but when the automatic update occurs daily at 1 AM, product prices frequently fall below the listed price on AliExpress, disregarding the configured rules.Attempted Solutions:
I have double-checked that the pricing rules are correct and properly configured.
I tested manual synchronization, which works as expected.
I reviewed the “Sale Price” field configuration and tried leaving it blank with -1, but the plugin requires a value in this field, which limits adjustment options.
Main Issue: Despite all configurations and successful manual tests, the prices do not remain as configured after the automatic update, requiring daily manual correction. This issue is recurring and directly affects the final product prices in the store.Additional Information:
I am using the Pro version of the plugin.
Imported products are already in Brazil, but they still display inconsistent pricing after the automatic update.
I would like to know if there is a solution or additional adjustment that can be made so the pricing rules remain consistent after automatic updates. Thank you in advance for your assistance! -
