issue with wbs-add-to-cart-notices-ajax

I’ve purchased the WooCommerce Boost Sales plugin, and I’m using it on our building site, but I’m experiencing an issue when products are added to the cart.

My theme (Goya) has styles and custom placement for the “added to cart” text that shows up when products are added to the cart, but your plugin seems to override the custom placement. The result is that when a product is added to the cart, the “product has been added to your cart” text shows up underneath a search bar in my header…
Is there a way to completely disable anything and everything your plugin does to woocommerce-message? I can not find any options to enable/disable this funktionality anywhere in the settings…

I have only enabled the Cross sell feature, in case that information helps you.
