I am writing to report some issues I am experiencing with the currency exchange plugin on my website. It seems that the plugin is not functioning correctly, causing inconvenience for visitors from different countries.
Firstly, when a visitor from another country lands on my website, the currency does not automatically switch to their respective currency as it did before. Instead, it continues to display the default currency of my shop.
Furthermore, even when a visitor manually selects a different currency and adds a specific product to the cart, the slide-in cart sometimes displays the default shop currency rather than the selected currency. Also if I go back on homepage from the cart page or checkout page, prices are again presented in a default currency on the homepage.
The most concerning issue is that some visitors are experiencing continuous refreshes of the checkout page when using a different currency than the default shop currency. This results in in customers being unable to complete their purchases.
I have tried various troubleshooting steps to resolve these issues, but unfortunately, I have not been successful. Therefore, I kindly request your assistance in resolving these problems. If necessary, I am willing to provide you with the login credentials for my store so that you can investigate and configure the settings appropriately.
I greatly appreciate your prompt attention to these matters, as they are negatively impacting the user experience on my website. Your expertise and support in resolving these currency-related issues would be highly valued.
