Issues with currency on cart and checkout page

Approx currency is visible ok in single page and category page but i have issue making it work in card and checkout. It is showing visible value but it is not converting in another currency…

Main currency RSD; additional USD, EUR.
On single product i have USD approx RSD
On cart i have USD and repeating value for RSD (not calculating, not correct)
