Issues with email Pop-up and Generate coupon

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention some challenges I’ve encountered while using the WooCommerce Abandoned Cart Recovery plugin.

Coupon Generation Issue:

I have enabled the “generate coupon” feature and tested it by sending an email to my own account. However, when I tried to use the generated coupon, it displayed an error stating that the coupon did not exist. I have double-checked the coupon settings, and expiration dates, and ensured it is active, but the issue persists.
Email Pop-up Not Working:

I have also enabled the email pop-up on the homepage, but it does not seem to be functioning as expected. I’ve reviewed the plugin configuration and confirmed that the settings are accurate, but the pop-up is not displaying.
I have taken the following steps to troubleshoot:

Deactivated other plugins to check for conflicts.
Updated both WooCommerce and the Abandoned Cart Recovery plugin to the latest versions.
Checked for console errors, but none were found.
Despite these efforts, the issues persist. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving these matters. If there are specific troubleshooting steps I may have missed or if there is a known solution, please let me know.
