Issues with Manual Product Syncing and Plugin Updates

    Dear Support Team,

    I previously left a one-star review regarding my issues with the ALD – AliExpress Dropshipping and Fulfillment for WooCommerce plugin, unaware that I could seek help through this support forum. Upon realizing this, I removed the negative review and replaced it with a five-star review and a thank you note.

    However, I am still facing significant issues:

    1. Auto Update Key and Access Token:

    As a pro version user, per the item support policy on CodeCanyon, I should be able to use the plugin without extending support. Currently, my auto update key has expired, preventing me from obtaining the Access Token. This hinders me from using the Fulfill AliExpress orders and sync products/orders features.

    2. Manual Product Syncing Issues:

    -The manual product sync has been malfunctioning for several days. When I click on “Sync Product,” it does not respond on the first or second attempt. Eventually, it begins to synchronize but opens multiple AliExpress pages one by one. As soon as it encounters an unavailable product, the synchronization stops entirely.
    -This process risks my AliExpress account being blocked due to excessive page requests, which their security system might flag as suspicious activity. I am currently using extension version 1.2.6.

    I urgently request assistance to resolve these issues according to the item support policy. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
