Issues with multple accounts & plugin subscriptions

I have two logins to the website Villatheme and also two for the Envato. See credentials for the “Correct” and “Incorrect” One. The correct one has the same plugin three times and I cannot figure out where the billing lives so I can cancel two of them. Incorrect login has another copy of the same plugin that just renewed. I want that one refunded and the account deleted.

The frustrating part is I think on the Envato side the linked accounts are reversed and the “correct” one in Villa is linked to the “incorrect” one in Envato. The more annoying part is in the incorrect one that says I have 11 months of support. I cannot create a ticket because it says I have no support left.
