issues with responsiveness on mobile and direction

There is a recurring issue and another problem that has recently occurred.

The recurring issue: The mobile view is not functioning properly; it displays as a desktop view. I’m using both iPhone and Android, and the issue occurs on both devices. Additionally, I sent the email to some friends, and they all experience the same issue (I’m using Gmail).

I would like to note that I already opened a ticket about this issue. Your representative claimed that it worked for him on Gmail, but in reality, it did not work correctly for me or for about 10 other people I checked with. The mobile view still appears like the desktop version.

I emphasize that I purchased your premium plugin specifically to ensure proper mobile functionality. I’m disappointed that I’m facing such basic issues, which shouldn’t happen at all.

The recent problem: The direction in my emails is set to RTL, but some of the elements are not displaying from right to left.
