Issues with review reminder content

Hello,

I’m testing the review reminder, and there seems to be some issues with the content

1) Product thumbnail image won’t show
2) Clicking on the product name or “write review” button leads to a broken link

Could you please let me know how to fix this?

I have created a review page with the shortcode inserted in it, so I don’t think this might be a problem.
