I’m using the SUBRE plugin for WooCommerce/WordPress and have encountered a few issues:
Email notifications:
The plugin documentation mentions that email notifications are sent to both the customer and the website owner. While the general emails are working correctly, notifications for expired or cancelled subscriptions are being sent to a different email address than the one used for order notifications. I can’t find any option to change this address, and I’m not receiving these notifications at all—even at the incorrect email address.
Failed payments due to insufficient funds:
How am I notified if a customer’s payment fails because their attached bank card doesn’t have sufficient funds?
Expired cards:
How am I notified if a customer’s card expires and their subscription payment fails as a result?
