It doesn’t translate well

So I have my products (they are events but they get transformed into Woocommerce products) in English and Spanish, and I need to send a specific email for a product category in English or Spanish.

I could make it work once, but now I can’t anymore. Can you please help? It currently only sends the email in Spanish.
