I’ve installed the plugin and my flatsome theme settings were all gone.

The theme that I’m using: Flatsome
Just like the title said, I’ve backup before installing the plugin, but after I installed it, the settings were gone, even I restored the backups, it still missing, do you have any idea why this happens?
I’ve contacted my host about it, and they say that’s not their problem.
I’ve also contacted Flatsome support, but haven’t heard from them yet.
