jagif not working at all

Hello VillaTheme.

Today we have purchased the jagif plugin to replace our old free gift plugin as yours seems smarter and more modern.

I hve followed all your directions to make it work but I just cannot get it to display anything at all and the product is not added to the cart automaticly as it should.

There is no messages or anything when adding products for more than the amount that I have specified?

Can you guide me in what I am doing wrong or check if our site is compatible? We use the Flatsome template.
