Key Code will not work

I have spent over an hour trying every option available to get the key code to activate the full use of the program. It hasn’t worked. I am still only able to access a few of the products and the rest are locked.

I have gone through all the notes and all the different ways to try this to no avail. Total waste of an afternoon. and very annoying.
