Hello,
I’ve mistaken the payment method on my purchase, so I made a new one and applied for a refund on the first purchase.
Then I update my purchase code within my account and I see the new code now.
But the plugin on my site doesn’t detect the new code, it keeps saying I need to activate the plugin.
Could you please help to fix this?
