License Renewal Not Updating on My Website

Hello,

I renewed my Lucky Wheel plugin license, followed all the steps in your instructions, and re-entered the license key.
However, the plugin still does not show as updated.

My issue is the following:

The plugin does not recognize the renewed license, even after reactivation.

On my website, the expiration date still shows the old date, prior to the renewal.

I refreshed, cleared cache, and checked again — but no change.

Could you please assist me with syncing the renewed license or verifying that it is correctly linked to my account?
