Login Details

Hello. We have restricted the plugin to show only to logged-in users, through conditional tags.

In addition, we would like to have Name and Email address fields automatically filled out from the said logged-in User’s account. And an option to have the fields disabled.

Please advise, how we can achieve the above. Also, is there a hook which, we can use to fill these details out ourselves?
