Lost all my swatches when I migrated website

Hello,

I migrated my site to a new host today. Did the usual thing and made backups of everything. I do this often.
However, even though site files are complete and database content is intact, anything to do with all my variable products (and associated swatches) have all disappeared, yet plugin is there and activated.

Do you know what happened? So much work is lost.
