Lucky Wheel Plugin Failed Installation

I’ve installed the Free version of Lucky Wheel but upgraded and purchased the Lucky Wheel Paid Version, when i upload and install the zip file on our Staging site of the paid version the prompt says failed to install.

This is the prompt upon installation:
