Dear Support Team,
I have noticed that emails sent from our system are successfully delivered to custom domain addresses (such as @ledmarket.co.il) but are not reaching Gmail addresses (@gmail.com).
We have checked the issue on our end and found no problems with our server settings or email delivery process. It is possible that Gmail is filtering these emails or mistakenly marking them as spam.
We would appreciate your assistance in investigating this issue to ensure that our emails reach all our customers without any problems. Could you provide us with more information regarding potential blocking, filtering, or any adjustments needed on our side (such as updating SPF, DKIM, or DMARC records)?
