Mail Titles & Body

I have installed both of your plugins regarding emails (WP and Woo):
1. Email Template Customizer for WooCommerce
2. 9MAIL – WordPress Email Templates Designer Premium

I have the following issues:
1. When a user signs up he get an email with the title [BESE] Your username and password. BESE is my site title. How can i change that?
2. The body is also creating problems. Header and footer are working ok but the body doesnt show the username (it shows {user_name}). It gets the information from the WordPress email template.
3. When i choose Signup in the Email Type it sends an empty message (only header and footer is workng).
